My Activities at the Freshwater Fish Seed Center

Hello friends, how are you today and hopefully we are all still in good health and can participate in activities smoothly.

Thursday 19 December 2024, on this happy occasion I would like to show again some interesting images that I have prepared. The pictures I want to show today are pictures at the location where I work and here I will also explain a little about my activities while working.

I usually carry out activities from morning to noon and sometimes I also carry out activities at night and it depends on fish orders from other people. When I want to send fish to a place far from where I live, of course I have to do this at night so that when sending the fish in a packing bag it is safer and more comfortable for the fish in the bag.

I have worked here for about 4 years and this place belongs to the North Aceh Regency Fisheries Service. This place has several types of fish that are cultivated or we could say that it is a nursery for freshwater fish such as tilapia, goldfish, catfish and also gourami. There are 4 biota of these fish here and the most market demand is tilapia fish seeds. Freshwater fish are also fish that have high economic value and have quite wide market demand.

Before I continue to discuss the picture that I have prepared, it would be a good idea for me to say my words of respect to all my friends wherever they are and hopefully the best for us together. OK, friends, let's look at the pictures that I have prepared.

The impact of the yard where freshwater fish cultivation is located. There are several buildings here and the building seen in the picture above is one of the very old buildings here and is usually used when students practice at our place. Students who practice can stay overnight at this place. For example, if there are no students practicing here, the building is used for night duty officers. When this picture was taken, the atmosphere was quite bright and we could see a very beautiful sky.

Some time ago I did activities at night. There was an order for fish seeds to Gayo Lues district which is quite far from where I live and I worked on this activity from 07.00 at night until 09.00 at night and then from 09.00 at night we delivered the fish seeds to Gayo Lues district which is more than 200 meters away. km from where I live. The road to get to Gayo Lues district is a road in the mountains and there are lots of climbs and turns so we arrived at the district around dawn or this morning. In this activity someone put the fish in a plastic bag and then I immediately gave oxygen into the plastic bag and I tied it tightly so that the oxygen in the bag couldn't escape. For the ratio of water and oxygen, I gave 1 to 3 because the distance we carried the doll was very far and we had to have a lot of oxygen in the bag.

As in the picture above, we can see that there is a bag that has been opened and next to it there is also a net for storing fish seeds. The fish are sampled in the net and then put into bags and usually I put around 300 fish in a plastic bag. Then after that, give oxygen and tie it tightly so that the oxygen doesn't come out of the bag.

For short distance deliveries, of course I use a pedicab. This rickshaw belongs to one of the residents where I live and usually when there is an order for fish close to our place, of course I rent the rickshaw to deliver the fish to the location. For example, if you send fish during the day, of course you have to be very careful so that the fish doesn't get stressed and doesn't die in the packing bag in hot temperature conditions.

Then for the last image display that I want to reference, namely my own image of how I feel about using an electric bicycle. There was a child who brought an electric bicycle and also came to where I lived and I asked him to borrow his electric bicycle for a while for me and I played at the location where I work. This is the first time I have used an electric bicycle and I think this is also a pretty good vehicle for us to use in the village where we live.

OK, friends, these are some of the images that I can show you today and hopefully these images can entertain all my friends and make them beautiful images for us all. Thank you to everyone who has given me enthusiasm and opportunities and see you again later in my next post.

Note, the words I wrote in this article are in Indonesian, and I first wrote them in the smartphone notes application section. Then to translate into English I used Google's help.

Very well, you earn your living by working hard, there are many out there who are taking advantage of the community to make illegal money, but you are a great example of a person! When I see the pools it always reminds me that I saw a subject in my profession where we had to extract the eggs from the tilapia with a hose and we fertilized them externally to maximize reproduction, I don't know if you do this.🧭🚙🌻🌲🌳🌷🌍
