Good luck in your retirement. One thing you can't buy is time. My husband retired 'early'. We never regretted that. Less money (pension would have been greater if he had worked longer), but more time.
We just spent less. For example, we had two cars--everybody in our community had two cars. How wasteful. I gave up mine and his became ours. So much saved with one change. That was almost twenty-five years ago. Every day a gift. We never regretted the decision.
