How do you select the collages for winners voting can anyone explain the basis...
Because I have been participating for a long time I didn't feel able to get even the top 15. It is so disappointing for me.....

Hi, it takes about 30 rounds to be in the finalists.
I won after 50 rounds
I have been in this community for 1 year and a half.
I need to have patience, perseverance, passion,
creativity and desire to learn every day.
There are several jurors @shaka @quantumg @mballesteros @agmoore and each week a provisional judge is chosen.
Each judge nominates 03 collages, then they go to a community vote.
My advice keep trying, comment on the collages so that everyone knows you.
I don't speak English, I use translator and I want to say that I was not among the finalists in the first rounds.
Bro, it is your right to question, but as explained by our honorary judge for this contest @eve66, the process is here to nominate entries and put forth for voting.
There are several people who don't even care about contest and winning, they post for fun and contribute and get rewarded with curations, they don't participate in the contest even though their artwork have all winning elements.
I suggest you use a desktop editing software and use #LIL images, try making a unique imagination, more creative work more your chances will arise for you to be get ranks.
Wish you all the best

While consistency and engagement with the community will surely pay out, how long someone has participated is not really a factor. Just keep in mind that in order to make it into the Top15 you need to compete with up to 100 fellow contestants who submit their works each week.
