Hello everyone and welcome back to my participation in this week's Let's Make a Collage ("LMAC") for Round 99. Another awesome landscape image to work with in creating our collages. I love landscape images as I can explore opposite images to pair it with creating an unusual collage.
Often my collages depict different scenes in each section. This week, I wanted to pair the grassy landscape with a watery view. As long as the collage shows my feelings about a particular landscape, then I'm happy with my overall result. It's all about perspectives.
To create the setting, I began with the photograph provided by @shaka in his contest post: Let's Make a Collage - A Contest for All Creatives on Hive - Round 99 - ✨230 HIVE in the Prize Pool!

Before I start my collage, I try to locate a suitable background image that complements my theme. Changing the landscape from light to dark would give it the night, watery scene.
The scene I chose was a fantasy balcony set upon a dark, watery background in which an artist attempts to find inspiration in the far away landscape.

To create the collage, I uploaded into Canva both the contest photo, the background image, and other images that would complete the theme.
Next, I used all the tools available in my Canva Annual Pro Membership Subscription to remove backgrounds from images and add filters. Below are the following images I utilized in my theme:
- Antique Door Contributed to the #LIL by @brittandjosie
- Gull bird Contributed to the #LIL by @redheadpei
- Brown Cat Contributed to the #LIL by @agmoore
- Brown table Contributed to the #LIL by @agmoore
- Red Flower Contributed to the #LIL by @evagavilan2
- Female painter by bridgesward at Pixabay
- Fractals digital art created by me utilizing Apophysis 2.09 fractal rendering program:
Below is my completed collage:
COLLAGE #2: A Boy's Prayer"
In my second collage, my theme was a young boy playing outside his farm. He's fantasizing and praying for rain for his family's crops. I was able to locate a nice magical background for the setting.
Below are the images I utilized for this collage:
i) Dog Contributed to the #LIL by @eve66
ii) Fantasy book waterfall at PxFuel
iii) Boy searching the moon at PxFuel
iv) Digital tie Fractal by me in Apophysis 2.09
Thanks for visiting my collages. I hope you like them.

Thanks @justclickindiva for using the gull. Beautiful collage with lots of images from the LIL. The dark of the collage gives it a nice mystery look. I like how you extended the sides of the house. It looks like a great place for the artist to get inspiration.
Hello. Thanks for your kind words. Happy that you liked my theme. I'm trying to utilize more of our members' images and less from the outside. I hope to be able, like agmoore to design a collage strictly from LIL sources and perhaps some previous contest images.
Thanks for your visit. Have a good rest of your weekend.
Oooohhhh thank you my door in this sanctuary and this retreet. I would love to relax there. Thank you for including me.
Good luck this week in the LMAC
Hello. You're welcome. It was a pleasure as the door fit perfectly with my theme or the artist trying to duplicate it and make the door more what she would like. I think it turned out nicely.
Have a good weekend.
Appreciate the rehive @pixresteemer. Have a good weekend.
I like both of them very much, but I really love the second one. Those fractals are just wonderful. You really have a knack for creating fantastical images.
Good luck in the contest.
Hello. Thanks for your visit. I appreciate your kind words. I'm excited that my digital fractal images are to the liking of LMAC members and are of use in their themes. It always amaze me when I see one of my images because I would never have thought to use it that way. LMAC members are really creative.
Have a good rest of your weekend and stay safe.
