Welcome to a new round of Let's Make a Collage!

The LMAC community keeps growing, now counting 3403 LMACians! An amazing 48 participants supported our community prize pool with their contributions to the LMAC and the LIL during the last month. This allows us to award attractive community prizes worth 100 HIVE in this round!

Use the LIL to create your collages!

The LMAC Image Library (LIL) is a great resource in the LMACsphere and we will continue to accept and reward your contributions. If you would like to catch up with the LIL and its rules please start 👉 here.

❗️ We highly encourage all LMACians to use LIL assets in their collages and will provide additional rewards for doing so:

  • Set the contributor of the LIL assets used in your collage as 2% beneficiary.
  • In turn, collages using LIL-assets will be supported with a higher vote weight by our trail!

  • 📌 Any graphical element that is added to the template either needs to
    be your own original work, derive from the LIL or one of the 👉 whitelisted public domain image services!
  • 📌 Entries containing depictions of violence, political or religious themes are not accepted to the contest and will not be supported.
  • ❗️ Sources for all used materials need to be linked in your entry post. Otherwise your entry can NOT be put up for the final vote, nor will we support it with our trail vote!
  • 📌 Entries need to set the @lmac account as 20% beneficiary to receive support from our trail and to be eligible to receive contest prizes.
  • 📌 Entries need to be posted to the LMAC community.
  • 📌 NEW: A link to this post needs to be a added to the contest entry.
  • 📌 Submissions need to be linked as a comment to this post. Make sure that your collage is displayed in that comment!
  • ❗️We highly encourage all participants to use LIL assets in their collages and will provide additional rewards for doing so:

    A new round begins for LMAC. A quite suggestive photo for our template this month. It looks like a pond in the early stages of converting to swamp. And then there is a road--who might be on that road. On a journey, perhaps? What do you see in the picture?

    Keep your eye on the deadline date: December 2. Until then, create as many collages as your mind suggests. One of these might make it to the finals and win a very handsome prize.

    Hi @agmoore SUGGESTIONS:

    I started in LMAC, and I loved the other format, since all the finalists won. This format is very long, and I think you should choose 01 collage per participant for the final, in the previous final there were 2 collages from a single participant.-

    A biweekly format, expanding the number of winners and the winners will NOT win again in 1 month. That would be wonderful. It's just a suggestion.

        Let's hope the pond doesn't freeze over before December!
        One or two of the mythical creatures in the collage might get cold feet if it does.
        But that's unlikely to happen on the Lower Rhine.😊

            As I was scrolling through the entries for this round to see the awesome projects already submitted, I noticed a comment from @eve66. I agree with her stance on the number of entries for a participant to be allowed in the finals.

            Although I love the idea and agree that participants may submit multiple entries to encourage a high amount of participation, I feel that only 1 entry per contestant should be selected.

            I saw that 3 entries for the same participant were in the "themed round no. 1". Perhaps limiting the entries to 1 will provide more opportunities for other members to be selected as finalists. This in turn may generate more interest in the final voting process. I submitted 4 entries for Round 219 contest with the expectation that only one (the best) of them would be chosen. It's good to have more than one to choose from in the selection process.

            BTW...I love the PeakD polling option.
