Welcome to a new round of Let's Make a Collage!

The LMAC community keeps growing, now counting 3409 LMACians! An amazing 49 participants supported our community prize pool with their contributions to the LMAC and the LIL during the last month. This allows us to award attractive community prizes worth 100 HIVE in this round!

The LMAC Image Library (LIL) is a great resource in the LMACsphere and we will continue to accept and reward your contributions. If you would like to catch up with the LIL and its rules please start 👉 here.

❗️ We highly encourage all LMACians to use LIL assets in their collages and will provide additional rewards for doing so:

Set the contributor of the LIL assets used in your collage as 2% beneficiary.
In turn, collages using LIL-assets will be supported with a higher vote weight by our trail!

📌 Any graphical element that is added to the template either needs to
be your own original work, derive from the LIL or one of the 👉 whitelisted public domain image services!
📌 Entries containing depictions of violence, political or religious themes are not accepted to the contest and will not be supported.
❗️ Sources for all used materials need to be linked in your entry post. Otherwise your entry can NOT be put up for the final vote, nor will we support it with our trail vote!
📌 Entries need to set the @lmac account as 20% beneficiary to receive support from our trail and to be eligible to receive contest prizes.
📌 Entries need to be posted to the LMAC community.
📌 NEW: A link to this post needs to be a added to the contest entry.
📌 Submissions need to be linked as a comment to this post. Make sure that your collage is displayed in that comment!

How do I say thank you, @shaka? I've been here from the first. I entered the third round of LMAC years ago and haven't missed many rounds since. You said from the start, everyone is an artist. I believed that, although I have no art skills. What a rich ride this has been.

You are a great administrator, an inspirational leader. LMAC has been an inestimable asset to the Hive platform, and a great benefit to many, many bloggers on the platform. Thank you for not 'going away'. @quantumg will carry the baton with the grace and competence you have always demonstrated.

I am very grateful because LMAC was my school. Thank you very much @shaka for everything, you will be missed.

Thank you, you inspired me to improve myself every day, until I managed to win my first LMAC contest, and I owe everything to you.

@shaka, I feel you have inspired many to "up their game" in collage making for the sake of friendly competition. But the most important aspect of the Community was the development and implementation of the #LIL database. Having the ability to help others through our contributions and beneficiaries show your caring for the Community you built and for Hive as a whole. Members helping members as I recall in the summer a few years ago.

I've enjoyed learning the art of collage making with the LMAC School. It's a pleasure to see my fractals transformed into works of art in other members' collages. This inspires me to rethink the possibilities of my own images. I've also enjoyed utilizing the #LIL images outside of LMAC to create collages for in other communities and guide my readers to the #LIL.

I wish you good luck in your future endeavors and know that @quantumg will continue on in the spirit of the Community's original initiative with the assistance of @agmoore and @mballesteros.

The winter landscape is an aesthetically pleasing backdrop that should not be altered with the addition of alien creatures, triangular eyes or stray dogs. However, I acknowledge that art and creativity require a certain degree of freedom. The success of such alterations is a separate matter.😉

Eigentlich ist die Winterlandschaft viel zu schön, um sie ab sofort mit außerirdischen Wesen, dreieckigen Augen oder herrenlosen Hunden zu bestücken. Doch (und das erkenne ich dann doch an) benötigen die Kunst und die Kreativität ihren Freiraum. Ob mich das Resultat als Betrachter erfreut - das steht auf einem ganz anderen Blatt geschrieben.😉
