My collage is the activity on the mountain.

The old man walks his dog as the farmer carries his produce to market in the village below. A mountain goat makes his way up the mountain as the hungry barn owl sets his sights on the two rabbits playing below him.

The images I used for my collage was completed in Photo Collage adding the following to the contest photo:This is the original photo provided by @shaka

You made an idyllic rural scene from @shaka's photo, Jo 😊

I like the goat - because the scene is located on a mountain you could as well call it a mountain goat 🤣

Haha, It must be a mountain goat if it’s climbing a mountain,😀🐐

I thought the collage original photo looked very much like your city nestled between the mountains.

No rain here yet. It turned out a beautiful Sunny day which was a plus because we attended an outdoor graveside ceremony for one of the people we had known, from playing cribbage, at the Legion- before the pandemic closed everything down.

Good morning Jo,

all my pleasure 😁

We have had a heavy thunderstorm last evening and it rained almost all night long.
But the storm began after we have eaten and so it was okay.
At about 8 pm I left the kids alone and they stayed up till short before dawn 🥳

It's a cloudy morning, and I think I am going for a short walk before I have a look at the mess the kids have left behind.

Good afternoon Johann. 😊

We still never got the predicted rain yet. The temperature was down to single digits this morning (9C) but going up to high 20s later today. It was the same yesterday.

Luckily your storm held off until after everyone had eaten. Sounds like the kids had a great time. I think they are great kids and you won’t have too much to clean up.

Hi Jo,

although I left the party early I think I'm more tired than my kids 😉

And they've been very busy and cleaned up a lot before they went to bed. There was not much to do - you are very right 😁

Our day was again sunny and hot, but also very windy. In the late afternoon gray rain clouds darkened the sky and I think it will rain soon.

I wished I could send the clouds to you.

Morning Johann and happy start to a new week.😊

We could use some of those rain clouds. Rain has been predicted everyday of late but each day has been sunny. I think it’s 90 % chance of rain for Tuesday.

Nice the kids cleaned up after themselves and you didn’t have much to clear away.

Thanks @razeiv. At first I did put in some conversation between the two men (through VLLO). Just Good Day but when I tried to save it the photo shrink for some reason so I left it without any words.

Maybe because I'm a country girl, I really like your scene. Very organic and peaceful. Life goes on. Or maybe it doesn't, for the rabbits. I like the way you mixed the elements--illustrations and photos. Works really well.
