In my additions to @shaka’s template there are four lizard-like green wizards protecting the healing pond from evil invaders who are trying to take over the magical water.
Animals, both mystical and earthy, come to the waters to rest and be rejuvenated. Some come when their final time is near to die peacefully surrounded by the calming influence of this supernatural area.
The invaders shoot fireballs at the pond hoping to hit anyone or anything in sight.The lizard wizards are fierce warriors and use their magic to throw fireballs back at the invaders. They came up from the deep in the earth and used a mysterious force to build a moat which would help protect the healing pond.

Brilliant composition! What a great way to create a collage. My son took them up one winter during college to get through a "broken heart" (something I learned of only after he stopped making collages because the "need" was no longer there). He cut up vintage magazines and pasted images onto old paintings from Goodwill. We still have his collection here. It's zany, fun, and full of heart. Almost makes me wish he'd get his heart broken a second time, if only to see what he'll creat next. :) Sorry Miles, no, I love seeing you happy all the time! And I love your vision, Jo. The one with the moving water is especially clever. And dizzying. #Love it!

I love the healing waters,and the cute animal bathing in them (a seal?). A beautiful scene, full of drama, which you explain in your story. The lizard wizard (trying saying that fast) is amazing :))
