Sorry to hear that. Hopefully you will have "normal" internet back soon. I've seen how much you pay every month somewhere for the interet. I believe it would be appropriate to change the provider LOL

I'm trying to, you'd think you could get proper internet in a large German city, but it seems both providers are utterly incompetent :-(
It's not so different here in Switzerland... From time to time I need to use my phone as wifi to be able to go on the internet... That's what they call developped countries LOL

This game looks very interesting... I didn't dive into EOS and WAX, but maybe it is time to check that out... :)
At the moment I have plenty of time. My business is closed because of covid and honestly I don't know what to do LOL. It was quite interesting to jump into WAX. It's quite userfriendly and easy to get started.

I started with WAX two weeks ago and I understood it within half an hour. I totally agree it's very userfriendly and enjoyable. Yesterday I tried to use scatter for EOS and I needed about half an hour just to find my wallet balance LOL.

ENGAGEtokens.I can't really seem to bring myself to like Lbry too much. It doesn't seem to buffer as well as 3speak or Youtube so it took some time to watch the videos there.
Very nice summary on Alien Worlds and I learned a few new things. I believe the best setup for beginners is 3 standard drills. I am currently using 2 standard drills and 1 shovel. I don't want to buy the last one so I am hoping I get lucky enough to get one from mining.
Also one thing I heard about the game as that your tools setup needs a luck of at least 1 otherwise you won't have a chance of getting anything other than abundant NFTs.

For that lbry is sometimes a bit problematic especially when you watch on a phone.
I've made some calcuations about the setup and I'm using 2 standard capacitors and 1 standard drill with quite good results. I didn't know about the 1 minimal luck! Thanks for adding that.

I think it went something like this in discord:
NFT drops can be tier 1 or 2.
Tier 1 is the basic NFTs (abundant with no limit on supply).
Tier 2 is the higher rank NFTS.
When you get an NFT, you require at least 1 combined from tools to pass Tier 1 and have a chance of Tier 2. Your chance of getting a Tier 2 card is land luck * tool luck. So the higher the tool luck, the better chance you have of getting a rare or higher NFT.

By the way, higher-level cards are too expensive compared to what benefits we get from mining. What's your overall experience now?
When you look at the rewards that you can generate with higher cards, I definitely think they are not worth the money. I would start by buying simple tools like a basic showel a standard drill and a standard capacitor. They give pretty good results for the price they cost. In terms of getting NFT's you can definitely improve your drop rate with better tools.

Thank you for doing the research and putting these tutorials together. Since I just started playing, I was not aware of many of these features. These tutorials will help me progress in the game much faster.
OK, @achim03, I have some more tutorials you can make. Somehow, I have had some NFTs mysteriously show up (during mining, I guess).
First question is, how do I get these NFTs into the game? I got a message in the game saying I have them, but they are not showing up in my bag. However, when I checked my WAX account, they are there.
Second, How do I use them? One is a Grey Peacemaker and the other is a Rock Cudgel. I have no idea what they are for.

In Alienworlds there are two games: The mining game and the war game. The second one is not online yet. The Grey Peacemaker and the Rock Cudgel will be for this second game and you can't put them in your bag. In you bag you can only add tools for the mining game. You can however use these cards and stake them in R-Planet for the time being. Like that you can earn some tokens from this platform that you can sell on the market and buy new tools.
