In my book, Blurt won the moment they decided against stealing all the content from Steem with no consent from the authors. I recently joined Blurt and even though you have to pay for everything there, I think it's a platform with a lot of potential.

Yes I took checked the blurt platform and you have to pay but the charges are quite small
hopefully things should improve as the platform evolves
Oh yeah, they are pretty small. You can comment or upvote like 100 times a day with what they give you daily which I doubt most people will do.
