Underappreciated in my job after giving birth

Today I want to share with you my experiences after the Postpartum process and my reincorporation to my workplace.

For all women, having a child is the greatest blessing in the world, without a doubt it is, but it is important to note that with the arrival of that little one comes a series of changes in our lives. We are everything to them, the care depends entirely on our part.

I had exactly 7 years in my workplace, my bosses happy with the work I was doing, however the baby arrived and everything changed. Why? Today I ask myself that question ... is that this worker no longer has the total hours to forget about the primary responsibility and stay the necessary hours at her workplace, she already meets her schedule and runs off to see her small.

Even fulfilling my duties and the bosses are not attracted to me, with the arrival of the pandemic their true face showed, instead of being noble, building and helping their employees, the story was not like that ... they sent to all the personnel to their homes and only a few were called without stopping the operations at any time the organization.

The government adopted a plan called stay at home where companies with payroll updated by a system called Patria canceled the amount of money that corresponded to the minimum salary of my country, without any response from our bosses, zero calls, much less messages that my disappointment and detachment was coming.

In the month of October I decided to resign in view that the company to which I spent so many years at the moment turned its back on us, it has not been easy for me, my expectations and dreams were different, they are broken, I do not understand why it is being rejected both to the woman after giving birth to her baby, if her objectives and responsibilities are more established since you have to help and show your child so many values.

Today I am dedicated 100% to the care of my baby, but I confess it is not easy not to be earning money and supporting the family that is so much needed, with the arrival of the baby many blessings, but also a series of expenses to which not You can tell them to wait because it is almost entirely about the feeding and growth of your child.

I believe that today our greatest work is to create and train good men and women to build a different and better country, although financially my situation is not the best, I know that my greatest work is being done I am forging a man full of a lot of love, detached from the material and loving the great value of health and being accompanied by the family.
