One of the key issue in the heart of every organizations is security, many measures are put in place to ensure that the security department of any organization function effectively and one of the key aspect of the security department we need to look at is the information aspect, infact every organization must put a top priority to the security of their information in other to achieve their desire progress and success. The world is now a global village and with the use of computer difference criminal activities are bound to happen. It is high time every organizations strengthen their cyber security aspect of their organizations but before I continue with this write up, let us take a look at some definition of some terms; first let me start with cyber which refer to the internet or computer. Secondly cyberspace talk more about the internet world and of cause you will agree with me that the internet is a world on its own. Thirdly let us look at cybercrime, it talks about every crime committed with the use of internet or computer and there are difference kind of cybercrime e.g hacking, identity thefts, pornography, cyberbullying, cyber terrorism, spam e.t.c. one of the major security issue that organization face is in the aspect of money, people steal and try to cover their fraudulent activities and they tend to go to any length to achieve their target. Even when the organization move their information to the cloud(internet), their information is open to more attack by hacker, so the place of cyber security cannot be over emphasize.
Cybersecurity tend to help organizations to secure her data and informations before, during and after every activities carry out in that organization. Accurate and correct information helps accountable within an organization, infact accountable become very easy if your data are secure and accurate, every organization that will grow will definitely hold on to strong accountable among her staff and also every departments.

This is the protection of the computer hardware, software and data/information from damage, destruction and alteration; It is the process of putting in place necessary measures to combat cybercrime such as identity thefts, hacking, pornography, cyber terrorism, spam, cyberbullying e.t.c
I will like us to consider the impact of cybercrime on the society at large
Cybercrime impact on any organizations ranges from loss of money, trust and confidence of the customer in that organizations, on individual basis cybercrime can cause damage to people health, moral values, future and even lead to death.
