As a business person who is looking to improve your business you need to understand the concept with hiring and firing people. The employees you have, determine a lot about the growth of your business. They determine the success of the business as they are closer to the business work, customers and so on but you are part of the management and the management deals with managerial issues which is a big problem.
First, you need to understand that the beginning of employing is the interviewing room. You need to find out what the prospective employee has to offer to you, what exceptional abilities they have to grow the company including innovation. There most be some degree of innovation expected from people who will be working with you.
Also when you get people employed in your institution, you should give them the chance to explore, be creative and there should be a reduced penalty for mistakes s they can be willing to innovate but when there is no innovation, there is a penalty following such action. There should be penalty for lack of innovation from employees.
You do not often need to recruit base on certificates, Recruits are done based on both certificates and what you have to offer. Going to college doesn't determine exceptional activities but it is very important but college should not be critical criteria.
You should understand that your workforce determines the speed force for your company. You should hire based on growth and not degree. Your company's success is a result of every force working together to get things done.
many companies hire their workforce based on the results obtained by people and not based on their certifications, from my point of view the most important thing about a person is what they can do for the company and not so much the certificates they can show, if a person is able to perform a task effectively they do not need certificates.
