mostly while withrawing from one market to another they charge large fee due to which profit gets low..

    Yep, you're right if you withdraw stable coins like BTC or LTC. But, there are some coins like USDT that can be withdrawn with zero fee. The best one is to trade on the Internal Market of Hive and Bittrex, where you can withdraw HIVE / HBD and trade them on Bittrex versus BTC, but you bring again those coins to the internal market of Hive.
