Introduction


If humanity did not expect something, it was the crisis that caused the Covid-19, certainly some movies and even television series were broadcast, whose central theme was similar to the consequences caused by the Covid-19.
However, we never saw it as something that could happen in the near future, which is what really happened.

However, for several months now, organisations around the world have been facing one of the most challenging obstacles in recent decades, raising many questions
How can we go ahead without dying in the attempt?


How to face and overcome organisational paradigms?

When managers and experts began to analyse the resources to be used and their implementation in the organisations, they found a series of paradigms within their companies that were mainly linked to the use of technology as a fundamental means of giving continuity to business activities.
As a result, reluctance could translate into fear of the use of technological tools by those who had limited themselves to the most elementary, causing high levels of anxiety and concern among workers.
The organisations and their workers had to accept the challenges imposed by the changes that were being announced, as well as adapt to a new reality that came upon us all and there was no alternative but to adapt.
Many employers had to accept this challenge and even the most reluctant have been taking the lead.

The new reality

Teleworking, virtual classes, conferences, courses and congresses carried out and transmitted live through the various technological platforms (Zoom, YouTube, Meet, among others), as well as streaming content : concerts, events, plays, films, among others; are today more than ever the new reality facing world society.
We have all had to accept this new reality and many of us from the generation X or parents of the millennials started to study and update ourselves with our own children (some lucky cases) or studying, in order to update ourselves and be able to obtain the necessary strengths in the use of the tools that each organization will adapt.

What are we facing?

Currently when it seemed that the world was about to finish going through this madness, experts, scientists and infectologists do not give certainty of it even with the vaccine.
In this sense, organizations currently focus all their attention on how to continue working and keep the doors open, taking into the background the analysis of risks and the implementation of strategies to take on the challenges, where it has mostly represented an individual effort and survival. in most cases of each worker for remaining in his position.

Resilience amid all difficulties, there is an opportunity
