It has certainly happened to me, the dynamic of the day to day of each of us often engrosses us, limiting the time we can dedicate to prepare a publication.
However, over the years I have developed a discipline that is not necessarily unbreakable but I do make every effort to stay active within the platform.

It happens to all of us from time to time, the important thing is that when it happens to us to know that what we need is to move on and look for ways, as mentioned, to make ourselves a discipline and good planning that allow us to continue moving forward.
