I think this kind of advancement is good for cases that are somehow primary.

Well I think so, however it's a great help to have a medical response on hand in case of an emergency.

I think the problem would be how to do the consultation, to know if the answer is according to the consultation.

Indeed. But they are also improving on private datas which is important when it has to do with your health.
