Greetings colleagues, I hope you are very well and have a great weekend.
In these times it is very common to hear about investments, I think it is a topic that has grown a lot and that we investigate and share with less taboo each time. As we know, the act of investing is summarized in putting an amount x of money in the hands of a third party (company, shares, assets) so that it increases its value, for many it is a promise of uncertain future reward, we must bear in mind that it is a risk since we are not guaranteed the return of the money as well as it can become an opportunity seeing our investment double, both scenarios are real.
There are many investment methods, I will tell you about some that I investigate and that I am using.
Real estate, is a very common and simple method but it depends on a large capital.
It consists of buying a property (house, premises, land) to later rent it or sell it at a higher price. In this method we must have a good initial capital to invest, choose the property correctly. This investment is considered "safe" since it is difficult for a real estate to lose value.
Investing in shares, means becoming a shareholder, consists of buying shares in the capital of a company, shares can be bought and sold at any time, and like real estate, the ideal is to sell them for more than that you bought them. The profitability of this method is long-term, they are usually handled by a broker (stock broker).
Investment fund, bring together several people with the objective of investing in a set of different financial instruments, an investment services company is in charge of the fund management or in some cases a bank is in charge, the The performance of these funds becomes effective at the time of sale of the shares, taking into account that each fund varies according to its time period.
Fixed-term deposit, this way of investing is also well known, it is done clearly with a bank, the bank offers you a% or profitability for keeping your money for x amount of time, once the time is over it is charge interest, the most likely risk is devaluation of the currency in which the fixed term is made, if this were to happen we would have more money that would be worth much less.
There are more investment options, I share the best known, it can be said that the choice you make will depend on your profile as an investor (conservative, moderate or risky).
For me, there is enough to invest in right here on Hive and all the different projects.
We are seeing a nice ecosystem of opportunities forming.
