Are you losing paying customers to your competitors easily? Do customers turn their backs on you before you even get started in the sales process? There are reasons why customers go over to others with the same products to make a purchase.
Dear business owner, you lose customers to your competitors if you engage in any of these 5 things…
- Poor customer service experience
Having poor relations with people sours any potentials of flowing with them. People are unconcerned about those they have no relationship with.
It’s the same with business owners.
Pay attention to feelings and misgivings of customers. Show care and understanding by acknowledging mistakes and improving relations.
- Talking price instead of value
Constantly repeating and arguing over price puts people off. People, when buying products or services, want to know what is in it for them, not price.
Identify the value and benefits people can get from your products or services. Reiterate valued benefits at all times to people interested in your offering.
- Employing out of date sales strategies
Coaxing and pushing people forcefully to make a purchase is repulsive. People love it when they are shown care in the sales process.
Find out your customers' needs by asking relevant questions where she states pain points. Build trust and a comfortable relationship that sets the pace to sell benefits of your offering.
- Inconsistent delivery
Coming up with contradicting angles to your branding, customer service, and delivery leaves people confused. It reduces the trust they have in your business because they lack ideas of what you stand for.
Reduce inconsistency by showing up every day. Show people explicitly what problems your business solves.
- Not improving on your past mistakes
Making a mistake in the sales process is not bad in its entirety. What is incorrect is business owners not learning from those mistakes. Not owning up to mistakes and making room for improvements causes customer displeasure.
Negative reviews are not as bad as you think. Salvage customer experience by owning up to mistakes. Learn from it and put things right.
Did you lose customers because of one of these reasons? Let me know in the comment section. Also, I would love to know if the post was helpful. Air your highly esteemed views!
These are truly helpful in making business to flourish

You're welcome
Hi @oshiokhenhoya!
I just realised that you posted the same Post on more than one blockchain. A friend of mine that I met here told me that, posting the same work on different community could make one get blacklisted. And If you must post the same work, you got to reedit your work thoroughly so it won't look the same. You can also rewrite the same subject using another words
Cheers

Thanks for giving me this warning. I thought it was okay to allow different communities access to one works. Most of the communities allow you to cross post your works in their space regardless of the primary place of posting.
You can cross post, just be careful and always edit your work well.
Have a nice day @oshiokhenhoya
Thanks for the advice. I'm grateful.
You're welcome dear friend
