We must always look beyond our capabilities and our comfort zone, because this will lead us to develop and discover new skills that we did not know we had.

And discipline in these cases is very important, creating habits and always pressuring ourselves to go further.

I saw this for many years when I worked with the military in the armed forces of my country.The officers always demanded more, even from civilians, and at first one might believe that it was an inappropriate practice,but then you realize that it is something very healthy, and it creates honor, respect and discipline for the work.
