When it comes down to business you have to make sure that a lot of things is been put in place before you rush into it. I have seen different people who rushed into business but along the line they falls out from it. I keep hinting that business requires a lot of strategies and hard work in other for it to achieve the balance that you want from it.
For a business to boast of success a lot of commitment has to be put in place, you should have it in your mind that business is not all about money alone, the leadership role in handling it matters a lot. I have seen a man who sets up his business and nurture it up to about 13 years before things begins to move in his favour. During the challenging period he was able to manage the business quietly because he have love and passion for his business. This is one important criteria that many leaders don't have. When they started having one or two issues, you will see them running to and fro and might as well abandon their business in search for a profitable one. They never knew that time is an important factors in business.
The man I mentioned above suffered for his business for about 13 years before he started seeing growth. When things started growing positively for him he never feel proud by letting go of his old team. He continued with them and the progress started moving faster. The man was really happy seeing his business doing well and his workers were enjoying the progress too. He introduced more things into the business but he never fail to let his team knows before engaging in such act. This sky rocket the love they have for him in the business.
One good example of him is that when he wants to introduce anything into his business he will first of all call his workers and brief them. After they must have came to one agreement he will now call his customers and brief them too. At the end of everything he will ends up carrying the both side along. Just like I point above, the love for him knows no bond. You have to see how the workers and also the customers were putting in their best to ensure that the business keeps growing.
The business records a formidable team to the extent many people tried luring his customers away but they rejected. They also try to do that to his workers by telling them they will offer them a high paying wages but they still says no. Isn't this amazing? It is hard to see both parties standing for you when they knows they have more to benefit if they leave. But the love they have for the business owner and the entire team kept them still. The man knows all this as he was blown away.
Now after 30 years of running his business, he develop stroke and he was unable to take proper care of his business. Now with the pressure being felt in his business he decided to put his son in charge of the business. This means business must change hand as the child takes over. When a new ceo takes over he/she must come on board with his own working terms. This is exactly what the man's child did and business takes another twist. Instead of the former owner of the business to allow some one capable and with experience to handle the business, he allowed his child to take over. This is how the business crumbled just after a year of his child taking over. This is the more reason your business need a strong team leader to run it. So painful the man lost everything in a twinkle of an eye and he died.
Team leader is very vital in business, eligible people should be used to run a business instead of playing favorizm and allowing those not capable to do that. Imagine if the man allowed his workers to handle the business it won't have been like this but nonetheless, it is too late when the head is cut off.

The leader of a business has an extremely strong power over the business and it is better to allow an outsider who has good knowledge about the business handle it rather than a son who has no idea about the daily operations of the business.
Hello @ tfame3865, leadership in a company is difficult to obtain and even more difficult to get a participatory type of leader as was the leadership that the owner of the company had, who consulted his workers and customers on the decisions of the company, but his mistake was not to prepare someone to take over and there is the failure.

Hi @tfame3865, in any business organization the solid presence of a leader makes the difference, the strategies mediated by the culture or styles of approaching the market that a certain company designs is not a guarantee of success, while a team committed to a cause and managerial leadership is a sure way to success.
