I'm busy recording the winners of an on-line competition for Up we Go and having a fun time doing it. I spent two days in studio on Tuesday and Wednesday and now in Capetown to record some others.

What makes me think he is a soccer fan?
On Wednesday night my Dad cooked for me. He made one of his speciality dishes - a teriyaki chicken.

Nothing better than spending a weeknight having dinner at my dad whilst in South Africa.
He cooked us his famous Chicken Terryaki and rice.
He told us awesome stories and read us some beautiful scriptures! Always love spending time with him whilst in SA.
The only thing missing was my beautiful mother who is soaking up the beautiful sun in the med!
Although I have a lot of editing to do, I'm looking forward to a rest this weekend.
If I manage to pull that off I will surely share with you. Hopefull something nice for the weekend community.
My competition for the one night at the Radisson Blu hotel is finishing off on 20th September so just a few days to go. It's called a BAEcation.

It's pretty cool you're working with up and comers who won that competition and may not have had the chance otherwise.
A couple of observations: Amanda has a legit computer screen, that other dude like soccer, the chicken looks good but strawberries and lettuce? I can't do it. :)
You're working hard. Make sure you find some time for yourself.
