Here is my weekly status and giveaway. I was a bit busy this week so I couldn't really focus on running missions. Maybe I need to set some timers so I can get a reminder for me to do missions on time when I am awake. I only opened up 12 packs this week but I should have enough to open more next week since I want a few more Scary Mary before the event ends.
Giveaway
A lot of cards went out of print so I decided to give out another instrument this week. It is currently out of print and I haven't given it away in a previous giveaway.
The giveaway item is R92 Desktop Mic and it is an instrument under the Singing music lessons. With 50 more luck, you have a chance of getting more drunk fans and it benefits you if you run singing lessons. Even if you don't run singing lessons, it can help you in the rankings or you can trade it away to someone who wants it for something you need.

Current Status
I wasn't able to focus on missions as much and I am still running the seasonal missions as much as I can. So my earnings over the past week is around 165k starbits. I didn't bother using up 100k right away and I plan on waiting till I have 200k available so I can open up 24 packs together. I want to give 24 packs next week a try to see if I can get more Scary Mary cards. Of course, I might decide to open another 12 packs mid-week before the event ends.
Unfortunately I didn't get any lucky pulls in my 12 pack this week and it was filled with the usual rare cards. I hope to have better luck next week from my packs as I plan to open 24 at once.
As you can see above, I managed to blend a animated version of the drums. So I have decided to give out a Halloween drum next week so you can all look forward to it. I am still a bit off from getting enough bass to get the animated version and there isn't that much time left.

Using the discord bot, I got my stats.
Current Goals
It looks like I have taken a hit in time played and the other players have stated to move ahead of me point-wise. I am missing a bunch of unique cards that I do not have yet from the new month additions. So I expect my rankings to rebound a bit next week.
It also looks like my IM is now over 1k so that is a milestone by itself. I am unsure if I should care about number of cards or unique cards since blending reduces my total cards by 9 but gives me an extra unique card.

Tips (source)
I think the tips are something every new player should know about. It will help people progress in the game and it hasn't really been shared since surya1adiga stopped his giveaways.
- Take music lessons when possible to raise skill and reduce ego.
- Having lesson specific instruments helps in receiving more skill from that lesson.
- Have pizza box to store any pizza received during mission to reuse later.
- Buy cold pizza slice if possible. This gives 1 refill every 24hours. Comes very handy when you are low on energy.
- If you have enough of cold pizza slice and pizza box, you will never run out of energy.
- If you have more fans than skill and you want reduce the ego , you can use a storage trailer to store unnecessary cards. Or you can list the card in market for an unreasonably high price.
- Ego received for a particular mission increases every time you play it. The ego is reset to base level the next day. So, try to play different missions to control the ego gained.
- Keep track of your achievements to unlock in game rewards
- Buy storage trailer (only if necessary) to keep the cards that might have a negative effect. Like a card with high fan count resulting in ego.
- When earning skill points through music lessons, you can earn more points per lesson if you hold more of specific instrument cards. There seems to be base skill which is rewarded irrespective of the card count and then the skill increases depending on the number of the lesson specific card one has.
- Try taking up many smaller missions to fill up pizza boxes and have extra energy to play more rewarding missions. But you need to have pizza boxes for this to work.
