This fugue in a major is the third fugue taken from Mapurg's "Fughe e Capricci per clavicembalo o per l'organo". It is a lively three part fugue, that sounds equally well played on harpsichord as played on the organ. Because of al the accidentals and the lively tempo, it is qctually quite a tricky piece to play. And despite several attempts I did not succeed in a recording without several little mistakes. The recording is good enough however to showcase the spirit and brille of this composition.
The recording was done with the Hauptwerk software and the sampleset, made by Sonus Paradisi, of the Janke organ in the Stadtkirche of Bückeburg (https://www.sonusparadisi.cz/en/organs/germany/buckeburg-janke-organ.html).
