Yesterday morning I finished a 6.711km running that lasted about 0hh:45mm:40ss !
It was sunny and, despite the cold, I felt motivated to try running again, after a long time since my last run during which I was still complaining of calf pain due to a contracture that occurred last September.
I decided to do a cross-country run with the dogs: I knew that if I went out without them, they would show their discomfort by crying at the top of their lungs and annoying my family and the entire neighborhood.
The grass was still covered with ice, even though the temperature had already risen a few degrees above zero.
Good feelings: I maintained a warm-up pace for the entire distance and, with satisfaction and gratitude, I didn't feel the pain in my calf that had accompanied me for some time: am I healed?
