Your heart is responsible for much of your overall health, if you're not doing cardio workouts and worse if you have a sedentary life, it might not be in its best condition for long.
Till very recently I didn't do much if any cardio workouts,
I even used to avoid running, swimming, and anything that would make me lose weight, because I wanted to gain more weight and become as bulky as I can.
but then I realized that my health should be the goal and not the physical appearance, and I started to prioritize cardio workouts, bodyweight workouts.
I choose health over appearance, I choose to have a healthy heart and body, and try my best to avoid anything that would damage my health.
