It's not always about weights, I've been in countless situations where the strength of my legs helped me carry heavy objects and move, climb stairs with them. I mean it's not something extra or good to have, it's a must that your legs fully support your body and that even when you're 70 or older, you still can climb the stairs yourself, and you won't need someone to carry you around.

Legs are literally half your body, which means if you go to the gym let's say 14 days a month, I firmly believe 7 of them should be for legs.
