Yesterday I wasn't able to workout, and today I had only an hour before my next meeting and I was upset that I wouldn't be able to workout today as well, so I thought? Why not workout at home?

I did sets of pullups, dumbbell curls, and maybe it wasn't efficient as a workout at the gym but it's much better than working out. I also now that moving on when I get to know more home workout exercises it could be even more efficient than the gym.

You're much more motivated at the gym because everyone else is working out, but still you could do a mix of both to ensure that even at your busiest, you're still able to workout
