I believe calling this community Exhaust is brilliant! What better feeling than being both exhausted and accomplished? I always say: exhaust the body to tame the mind! At least that's how it works for me.
The more effort I put into working out, I feel better, I sleep better, I think in a more organized way, it keeps me away from my bad habits and brings me closer to my goals and the lifestyle I aspire to.
Do you have trouble sleeping? Workout. Do you have a short breath? Workout. Do you often overthink? Workout.
