Training With Your Friends Is Not Always A Bad Idea

I mostly workout alone, because I fear that if I do with a friend or a couple of friends they might procrastinate and I'd then be less likely to exercise.

Training with your friends has its pros and cons, but it's mainly great when you have friends you can count on, friends who have the same physical goals as you.
