Beulah4real just finished 5km run that lasted for 40mins.
Beulah4real just finished 1km walk which lasted for 13mins.
A slight upslope.
I had to go back to school in preparation for my induction which is slated for Monday.
Last days.
Description; after a long time, I decided to start jogging again. The pace was slow however I was able to make it to 5km. The rest of the journey, I walked.
About: I'm a fitness enthusiasts and almost a doctor living in Nigeria, Rivers State.
