I hear you about being sluggish today. I just didn't want to do it. The cool thing is after it is all over I definitely feel better for having done it. This last Monday when we skipped our whole day was off kilter! Nice job on your run!

Although I didn't feel I was doing well the pace was not terrible, so that may be a good sign. I am keen to keep to my training routine and maybe I will see improvements.
