I'm down to mine mostly hurting early in the morning and first thing when I wake up. Once I get moving around, it doesn't seem to be so bad. They say that heat is best because it gets the blood flowing to help healing.

I'm okay when I'm sitting, but need to move a bit. I will try using a heat pad more often. I am thinking of going back to the office tomorrow. That involves a little walking. I am lucky I can work at home when I need to. Will see how it goes.
