Description from Strava: Tried to start early, but it was still very warm at 7:30 in the morning. Also tried to take a calm run, but once I get started I always start fighting myself, and thus end up pishing myself towards 5 minutes per kilometer.
All in all a warm and nice way to start the day, but glad I am finished now!
