Beach Run

I just finished a 1.5km running that lasted about 0hh:11mm:20ss !

Went down to the beach today as i had a day off work went for a quick run to the point and back definitely a bit different running on sand (East Woody Point) Nhulunbuy Northern Territory

great photo! did you try taking the shoes off and running bare foot too? The tide seems to go a long way out up there too

Yea ended up taking the shoes off and yea tide goes out a bit
