Didn't know this and luckily I go to the chiro for a reset every few months as I find this really helps. This involves some acupuncture followed by stretches and few clicks to get things straight and in line. I am a firm believer everyone should be doing this as the back is where most things go wrong and only get worse if unattended.

i sometimes feel like going to a chiropractor every now and then, or just a GP. I really look after my health but rarely consult the experts for additional information. I sometimes worry that I might have all sorts of stuff wrong with me but I don't know what they are bc I haven't checked. On the other hand you know what they say.... ignorance is bliss!
