Thanks! and er.... not as well as it could be haha!

Trouble is if it's a choice between getting hot and bothered while running, or hot and bothered while do strength exercises.... running is always more fun. I guess I still haven't quite worked out where to fit the exercises in.

Do a do a few sets before, or a few sets after, or skip the run and focus only on exercises. Researching doesn't help as everyone seems to recomend doing it differently...

So yeah... still a work in progress
