If you loathe the idea of doing a workout then I think you have chosen the wrong workout
Yep, definitely agree with this, you're more likely to workout regularly and consistently if you actually enjoy it. I've tried the gym, and swimming, and I just don't enjoy them as much as I enjoy running
we all have to find our own thing. The people that jump on an elliptical and hate every minute of it aren't likely to feel motivated to get up there again.
