Thanks man, Yes Im ok (bruises and scratches) and the Bike is mostly OK. Need to change the handlebar tape. Great excuse to finally get the Lizard Skins i bought ages ago on :)

Yeah could have been worse for sure, was riding and there was some gravel on the cycling path and i was not totally aware so the bike slides and i went down like a sack of potatoes ☺️
Gravel and sand can be so tricky. I've had a few crashes myself too because of this. Especially in corners.
Luckily it wasn't too bad; both the injuries as the damage to your bike.
