Nostalgia

Today is day 3 of my squat challenge. The hips pain more but the feeling is good. Today I did 70 squats again. Despite the pain in the hips, it was easier than on the first day.
And 30 mins yoga definitely helps.
Btw, today I went to my uni after years. I really feel nostalgia...

I just finished a yoga activity that lasted about 0hh:30mm:0ss !
