My day started with 80 squats, 1-hour yoga and coffee!
Today I decided to take a day off and to spend it with my good friend. We had lunch together, had long gossip. I think it is very important to spend time with friends. People give you new ideas, new motivation...
Now I am planning my weekends and can't decide. Should I go for hiking or should I start morning jogging?
I just finished a yoga activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !

Those are nice activities that someone can do during the weekend or maybe everyday. As for jogging I prefer it doing the weekend, when I'm less busy. But hiking, I think it could be done with friends or family member for fun or any other reason.
