Easy 5km to start building up mileage for my upcoming half marathon the 10th of march. Will probably get a new running shoe because the one I have now won't last much longer and also a long sleeve for the windy mornings. I am also upping my water intake so I am peeing like crazy but still feeling a bit more hydrated.
