
Went for an easy 10KM run today, easy as in aiming at a 6.00 to 6.15 mins per KM. I choose this route because it is a tricky one that starts flat, ascents for a bit then goes downhill and ascents back. The first 4 kilometers where easy but in the half of the 4th kilometer I started feeling a bit tired but I kept on pushing and slowly found my pace back. Now for some stretches and rest.
