Tough day at the office.
Spent the last few days crook with a cold, and struggling with my breathing a bit.
Thought I felt a bit better this morning, but after the first couple km I knew I wasn’t, HR was about 10-15bpm higher than usual.
At that point contemplated throwing the towel in, but truck it.. might as well just do a half.
Got halfway at an average pace trying to keep my heart rate at what I’d usually run at.
Another truck it moment, I’m getting my medal baby!!
Wasn’t the day I had envisioned
But now that 🔥 burns brighter

You should consider sticking your HBD into savings. Its been sitting there a long time. It might as well draw interest.
