I just finished a 12.128km running that lasted about 1hh:14mm:35ss !
800m long pier what felt like into the middle of the Harvey Bay. So I did it twice on my run this morning and loved it even though there was a pretty strong head wind on the way back.
Was happy with the pace this morning after a sharpish parkrun yesterday. Have increased my longer run to 12km now and will try to do that for this month before increasing anymore.
