Hot morning run

I just finished a 5.22km running that lasted about 0hh:35mm:43ss !

Tried to do some speed work run throughs on the flat spots between all the local rolling hilld around my place.
Felt ok but the 28 degrees and 80% humidity even at 4.30 am is hard work. Looking forward to a break from this continuous heat.
