from what I have read this is more of a rest of the day the exercise is performed on sort of thing but if you were doing it every day then yes, probably.

I noticed when I was doing my fitness every day that even the odd day I missed the weight loss was still happening and it had to be down to the metabolism being up due to the days training.
oh ok, I understand now. There is a lot of literature out there that supports exactly what your experience was.
