First post back on Ecency in a while! Since it was cold and windy, I decided it was a good day to get outside and run. This wod on my garage whiteboard fit the bill.
One of my gym members recommended it since I love running 5ks, but hate wall balls.

1k Run
30 Wall Balls (20/14)
*Score = Time it takes to complete the workout Time Cap: 40 Minutes
My score was 39:48 Rx, just under the time cap. First round was 7:05, didn’t track precisely after that but was roughly in the 8 minute range for splits.
