If you pop over to our frontend at https://xhaust.me -- you can login and start sharing your activities.
The site is a bit of a mess currently, and I"m working on a new one right now. BUT -- if you login (either HiveSigner or HiveKeychain) and then go Dashboard>Settings -- you should see a button to let you Sync you Strava account. We currently check Strava for new activities at the start of every hour -- we'll be improving this functionality shortly too.
After you've sync'd or uploaded a new activity, you can write a short HIVE post to go along with it when you share.
