I just finished a 5.118km running that lasted about 0hh:32mm:56ss !
StravaThanks to my yoga instructor @monnoor, today I tried to focus on my breath, in other words, I tried to breathe consciously. I tried to follow every inhale and exhale. This is moving meditation or dynamic meditation.
